Motivation: Leaders are known for not ordering, but for motivating and suggesting in a way that impulses people to work towards a goal. It can be through words or actions, but showing them that what they do is worth it and important to reach the overall goal is vital for the successful completion of any project.
Compromise: While you can motivate them without creating a sense of compromise, you’ll see your work done without giving that extra mile that makes the difference. The amount of compromise you can generate is right up in the alley of a leader, and it’s incredibly important to learn how to do it efficiently.
Communication: If you are leading a group, you need to know how to communicate in an efficient manner. For that reason, if you want to lead in an efficient way, then communicating is vital.
